William Mark Collins

Willam Mark Collins, of Sulphur Springs, entered eternal rest on Friday, July 14, 2023, at the age of 63. He was born in Alexandria, Louisiana to the late Murray and Zetha Mae (White) Collins.

He is survived by family and friends and the three women he called his, "Angels," Tandra Collins, Theresa Toland and Rebecca Collins Morrison.

As a child, Mark attended Sulphur Bluff Elementary School and was a graduate of Mount Vernon High School. He served our country in the United States Navy. Mark was a hard-working man and was a truck driver for 34 yeas, reaching 4 million miles. Known to have a huge personality, Mark loved to laugh and enjoyed BBQing and spending time with his friends.

A special acknowledgement to Sulphur Springs Health & Rehabilitation and to Cypress Basin Hospice, for their commitment to Mark and the care they showed him until his transition.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Mount Vernon Memorial Funeral Home on Sunday, August 13, 2023, at 3:00 p.m.
