Stanley Robert Shoemake, 59, passed away on November 27, 2020 in Hugo, Oklahoma home.  He was born on November 09,1961 to Billy Bob & Erma Lee (Newman) Shoemake.

Stanley was a former resident of Mount Vernon and attended the Bible Missionary Church. His favorite pastimes were fishing tinkering on tractors, four wheelers and shooting guns.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Daniel; brother, Charlie Shoemake; and sister, Catherine Shoemake.

Stanley is survived by his wife, Sherry Shoemake; sons, Brandon Shoemake, Bradley Shoemake and Matthew Shoemake all of Mount Vernon; daughters, Krystal Shell of Mount Vernon, and Heather Taylor of Talco; six grandchildren, Kayla Shell, Colten Taylor, Taylor Shell, Alyssa Shell, Gavin Shoemake and Layton Taylor; one brother, Billy Shoemake of Mount Vernon; six sisters, Lind Langhoff of Oklahoma, Cristie Seward and Janet Pinkston both of Idaho, Ruth Gregory of Indiana, Carolyn Shoemake and Patti Headon both of Mount Vernon.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Friday, December 4, 2020 from 6PM-8PM.  Funeral Services will be Saturday, December 5, 2020 at 11:00AM at Collvins Memorial Funeral Home Chapel.  Interment will follow at Mount Vernon City Cemetery
