Jorge Gasca

Jorge Gasca passed away at his home in Mount Pleasant, Texas on Thursday, July 31, 2025, at the age of 57. He was born in Guadalajara, Mexico on March 10, 1968, to Maria Jesus Perez, and Jose Luis Gasca.

Jorge was a wonderful and loving son, brother, and devoted father. He was a man with a great sense of humor, always straightforward with his words, and an admirable work ethic. He exemplified this throughout his career as a restauranteur, devoting himself to creating wonderful experiences for the public.

He is proceeded in death by his mother, Maria Gasca and his brother José Luis Gasca, Jr.

Survivors include his siblings, Francisco Gasca, Consuelo Mercado, Pablo Gasca, CJ Gasca Almendarez, Raquel Gasca and Ruth Gasca Barcenas, his four children, Joseph Xavier Gasca, Sara Michelle Gasca, Cielo Nicole Gasca and Isabella Gasca, all of whom he loved very much, he also leaves behind a multitude of nieces and nephews and friends who felt like family.

Jorge will be honored with a Graveside Inurnment at the Grove Hill Cemetery on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at 3:00 p.m.
