With deep love and sorrow, we announce the passing of Elodia Uriostegui, 58, on Saturday, August 30, 2025, together with her beloved husband, Luis Sanchez.

She was the heart of her family. A devoted mother, proud grandmother, caring sister, and loyal friend. Her love, laughter, and gentle spirit will be remembered always.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Eligia Ibarra Alvarez and her father, Bonifacio Uriostegui.

She is survived by her sons, Angel and Brian Bello, their wives Emily and Mariana, and her cherished grandchildren, Laszlo, Elizabeth, Julianna, Natalie, Lorenzo and Ivan, her siblings Tomasa, Mercedes, Nemesio, Juan, Maria, Bertha, and Arancia Uriostegui Ibarra, and many nieces and nephews. To her family, she was not only a guiding light but also a source of strength, comfort, and endless love.

Those who knew Elodia, will remember her for her generous spirit, her laughter, and the love she poured into her family. She was most proud of her two sons and three grandsons, her "guerreros invencibles." Though her life ended unexpectedly, her memory will live on in those who loved her most.

Services to celebrate her life will be held on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at the Aguilar Funeral Chapel, beginning with the Velorio at 3:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be held at the Holy Cross Catholic Church in Pittsburg, where family and friends are welcome to gather and honor her memory at 11:00 am.

Con profundo amor y dolor, anunciamos el fallecimiento de Elodia Uriostegui, de 58 años, el sábado 30 de agosto de 2025, junto con su amado esposo, Luis Sánchez.

Ella era el corazón de su familia. Una madre devota, abuela orgullosa, hermana cariñosa y amiga leal. Su amor, risa y espíritu amable siempre serán recordados.

Fue precedida en la muerte por su madre, Eligia Ibarra Álvarez, y su padre, Bonifacio Uriostegui.

Le sobreviven sus hijos, Angel y Brian Bello, sus esposas Emily y Mariana, y sus queridos nietos, Laszlo, Elizabeth, Julianna, Natalie, Lorenzo e Ivan, sus hermanos Tomasa, Mercedes, Nemesio, Juan, María, Bertha y Arancia Uriostegui Ibarra, y muchos sobrinos y sobrinos. Para su familia, no solo era una luz guía, sino también una fuente de fuerza, consuelo y amor infinito.
