David Walter Manspeaker

David Walter Manspeaker, 83, passed away on January 24, 2022 in his Mount Pleasant home.

Born on June 03, 1938 in Ann Arbor, Michigan to Percy and Hattie (Curtis) Manspeaker.

David was a Veteran of the US Army where he obtained the rank of Sergeant First Class.  After serving his country for over 20 years, he went on to work for the Defense Mapping Agency/Aerospace Center for many years.  He was a member of the Christian Church, VFW,  and American Legion.  David was an avid NASCAR fan.

David was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Lillian Manspeaker.

He is survived by his six children, Sherry Manspeaker, Lesley Adams and husband, Matt, David Manspeaker, Jr., Frank Drop and wife, Terry, David Adams and Michael Adams; and nine grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.

Graveside service with military honors will be at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery at a later date.
