Arda Mae Petersen, 93, passed away on February 22, 2021 in Allen, TX . She was born on March 12, 1927 in Petoskey, Michigan to Edward Oscar & Alta (Schlappi) Schaefer. Arda had been a longtime receptionist for AARC of Dallas before her retirement. She is survived by her three children; Matthew Volkers of Mount Vernon, Pam Van Ee of Belmont, MI and Mark Volkers of Walker, MI. Family will be conducting private services at a later date.
